NTA Invites Applications for Common University Entrance Test (CUET (UG)) 2023
To administer the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission into undergraduate programs at Central Universities under the Ministry of Education and other participating Universities, Institutions, Organizations, and Autonomous Colleges, National Testing Agency has been given a mandate by the Ministry of Education and UGC. Students seeking admission to any Central University (CU) or other participating organization (including State Universities, Deemed and Private Universities) across the Country will have a single window opportunity through CUET (UG). According to the information provided below, the CUET (UG) - 2023 will be administered as a computer-based test (CBT) for the Academic Session 2023–2024. Candidates may apply online between February 9 and March 12, 2023, up until 9:00 PM. The final day to pay a fee using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI is March 12, 2023, up until 11:50 p.m. Between March 15 and March 18, 2023, candidates may edit their information (up to 11:50 p.m.), The City of Examination will be announced on April 30, 2023. From the second week of May 2023, applicants can download their admit cards from the NTA website. The exam will start on May 21, 2023 onwards. Display of Recorded Responses and Answer Keys will be announced later on their respective websites www.nta.ac.in as well as at https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/, The results will be issued on the websites later. Central Universities (CUs) and other participating Universities / Organizations provide information about their programs. In this regard, candidates must carefully review the program eligibility requirements provided by the various Central Universities and participating Universities/ Organisations. 13 languages, including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu, will be used to conduct the CUET (UG) - 2023 exam. Candidates are urged to consult the Information Bulletin of CUET (UG) - 2023, which is posted on the website at https://cuet.samarth.ac.in , for details regarding the papers, scheme, timing, eligibility, and other matters. Candidates must note that only on the website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/ candidates may apply for CUET (UG) - 2023 through the "Online" mode. The application form cannot be submitted in any other way. An applicant may submit only one application. Candidates are not permitted to submit more than one application form under any circumstances. Candidates who have filled out more than one application form will face strict action, even after the application deadline. Candidates are required to adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Information Bulletin and on the website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/ . Candidates who disregard the instructions will be automatically disqualified. Candidates must make sure that the email address and mobile number they provide in the online application form are their own or only those of their parents or guardians. This is because NTA will only send information and communications to the registered email address and mobile number.
