About Us
Amruta Institute of Engineering and Management Sciences (AIEMS) was established in 2008 in Bengaluru and is under the umbrella of Basaveshwara Vidya Vardhak Sangh (BVVS), Bagalkot. AIEMS is the result of the vision of our Chairman Dr Veeranna C Charantimath, His Holiness Gurubasava Swamiji of Bilur to proactively participate in establishing a world-class Institution for Technical Education. The Campus is on a sprawling 14.35 acres of land surrounded by lush green plantations in the Bidadi, Bengaluru City. The institution is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, India.
At present AIEMS, Bengaluru has Six Under Graduate Engineering programs along with a post Graduate program in Business Administration. AIEMS Bidadi, Bengaluru has an excellent infrastructure with the state-of-the art equipment and machinery as laboratory facilities. The Institution has spacious classrooms and the laboratories. The whole building is networked and has centralized browsing facility with 500 Mbps dedicated internet facility. The entire college has Wi-Fi facility.
The Institute has highly qualified faculty. The Institute has initiated a number of multidisciplinary and multi-institutional R&D programs. The Institute has a centralized library with open access facility for students. The Institute Digital library has online access to International journals. Book bank facility is available for students.

Library
Amruta Institute of Engineering and Management Science, Central library has emerged as a center of excellence in learning with its modern library features, state of the art facilities, and updated collections. It has crossed many milestones, and developmental stages, by its continuous resource enrichment, infrastructural developments, and on- time implementation of new technologies.
The college has a large collection of books relating to various branches of Engineering, Management, and General books. There is also a facility for students and staff to go through previous question papers made available in the Library whenever required. At present there are 3062 Titles and 20595 Volumes, and many reference books are prescribed as per the VTU scheme and syllabus. The Library is fully automated using the Koha software in all the books with OPAC System, and Identity cards have been bar-coded.

We have well equipped labs, workshops and libraries to help students in attaining highest standards in academics, research and professional skills.
