A Teacher Par Excellence and an Educationist Extraordinary, with close to Four decades of Teaching experience in one of the most prestigious institutions in Bengaluru, began a center for mentoring and tutoring the students of Commerce and Management in 1997. Having understood the essence of learning, the pulse of the students and the needs of our times, Prof. Harohalli Shreepadarao Anantha Murthy and Prof. Sridhar with a committed team of Academicians, founded the ASC Degree College in the year 2009. Thus, emerged a Center of Education set up exclusively by grow in the Social, Economic and Academic sphere of Influence, as testified by our growth in Admissions, Infrastructure, Results and Recognition.
We strongly believe that, Education should Empower the students to make a positive impact on Self, Family, Society, State and the World. Our team of excellent teachers and learning resources offer a comprehensive perspective to Students through Innovative pedagogy, value added programmes, technological assistance and above all strong value orientation. In the Knowledge Economy, Success belongs to those who navigate through Information, Technology and Competition to identify emerging opportunities. As the Head of this Institution and having been a student and a teacher of Mathematics, Statistics and Management, I believe a Teacher is primarily a Learner.

ASC Degree College was started in 2009 to provide the best in academics for students in commerce, Business Management and Computers by preparing them to qualify & succeed in various highly competitive career streams. At ASC, we always believe in equipping our students with the right talent and personality to face the industry requirements. Our focus is on creating new approaches to attract the best from the industry to our campus and train the students to meet the high industry expectations.
The Placement Cell functions with the primary aim of placing students in top-notch companies even before they have completed their courses. Placement Cell is also actively involved in imparting and developing technical and soft skills to students.
Industry personnel are invited periodically to enrich the knowledge of our student community with the latest technological innovations and industry practices. We produce graduates who are well equipped to handle the working norms of the industry and commerce in the public and private sectors and helping every student to define his/her career interest through individual counselling through experts.
