B.Sc Accident and Emergency Care Technology is an undergraduate programme offered by KMCH Institute of Allied Health Science Coimbatore.The program aims to produce trained medical technicians for the accident &emergency department and ambulance service. The syllabus covers anatomy,physiology, biochemistry, emergency medicine & emergency medical services, English,computers, clinical procedures & instruments of emergency services, patient examination & nursing, pathology, microbiology and pharmacology. The student learns to prioritize and make quick, efficient decisions, use the emergency medical equipment and administer emergency medication to save the life of patients of all age group.
Duration : 3 Years +1 Year Internship
Eligibility : The candidates must have pass Higher Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board
