Application Invited for the Kerala LLB Entrance Examination

Applications are invited for Kerala LLB 2022 entrance examination, a Computer Based Entrance Exam for admission to three years LLB Course 2022-23 in the four government law colleges and private self-financing colleges in Kerala.

The LLB entrance exam is computer based. The applicant should be an Indian Citizen. However, Kerala origin is only eligible for any reservation. The LLB course applicant must be a graduate in any stream from a recognised university, accepted by the particular university in Kerala to which the applicant is trying to get admitted. The applicant must have passed the bachelor’s degree examination at a minimum of 45%. But the candidates belonging to the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes need only 42% marks, and SC/ST need only 40% marks in the qualifying examination. The candidate with a first-degree certificate can also apply after prosecuting studies in distance or correspondence. However, The applicants holding graduation/postgraduation through open universities system directly without having any basic qualification for continuing such studies are not eligible for admission. The applicant appearing for the qualifying examination this academic year are also eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination. But they should produce the Provisional/Degree Certificate and mark list of all parts of the qualifying examination at admission time.

Submission of Online Application and Application Fee is Rs. 685/- for General and SEBC candidates and Rs. 345/- for SC/ST candidates. The candidates seeking admission to the course can apply online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in of the CEE from 27.07.2022 to 05.08.2022, 05:00 PM. They should pay the application fee timely by online payment or e-challan available during the submission of the online application. They can make use of the Net Banking /Debit Card/ Credit Card facility for online payment. E-challan payment can be made in cash at any Head Post Offices in Kerala. After fee payment, candidates should upload documents to prove nationality, birth date, recent passport size colour photograph and scanned image of the signature within the date mentioned.
