Hillside Group of institutions started back in 1996 by Bheemachandra Education Trust. Former Professor of Surgery at BMC, Member MCI & KMC. Recipient of BC Roy National Award and Devaraj URS State Award. Senate Award from Sanfrancisco and California USA. Founder President Karnataka Backward Classes and SC, ST & Minorities Federation. Founder and Chairman of Bheemchandra Education Trust & Uppara Balara Trust. Expert Advisor Mandal Commission. Former President Karnataka Uppara Sangha Son of a farmer, born in a hamlet Sankaranahalli, Harapanahalli taluk, then Bellary District now Davanagere district in the year 1933. Primary education in neighbouring villages (oora-shale) and Middle school in Kondajji, Kakkara-gala and Harihar town, High School and Intermediate in Davanagere, M.B.B.S in Mysore Medical College and M.S in Lucknow University. Married in the year 1961 in Shimoga and wife Smt. S.N.Chandramma is a housewife and have got lovable daughter Dr. S.B. Pushpa, who is Anaesthetist in London Hospital and First son Dr. S.B. Ramesh Babu Surgeon in charge of Hillside Hospital and other two Hospitals, Second son Dr. S.B. Umesh Babu is a Professor of Prosthodontics, Dental College and looking after Hillside Group of Institution and last son Dr. S.B. Harish Babu, is a Dentist and also Director of Hillside Public Schools.
