Tamil Nadu is considered to be one of the oldest civilizations in the world. Eligibility for BDS Programme is candidates should pass Class 12 in the Science stream from a recognized board and the candidates must be qualified in the NEET exam with a valid score. For MDS Programme candidates should have a BDS degree from a dental college recognized by Dental Council India. For Dental Diploma programs, candidates should have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 50 percent from a recognized board and must have studied Science stream. Candidates completing a dental course have wide career opportunity in India and abroad. The employment areas after a dental program are dental clinics, hospitals, educational institutions, dental products manufactures, private practice, and research institutes.
