Karnataka, formerly "The State of Mysore", is an Indian state located in the southwestern region of India. Bangalore is the state capital, and Kannada is the state's official language. NEET PG is the common entrance exam for Medical PG courses. Some private universities have their own entrance exams. MBBS, Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM), and MCh (Master of Chirurgiae) are the different medical courses available in India. The candidate must pass the entrance exam and interview to qualify for the course admission.
