CEE Publishes KEAM-2022 Second Phase Centralized Allotment
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations publishes the second phase allotment list of Engineering and Architecture Courses-2022. The list is published on the official CEE website www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The candidate’s allotment details, such as name, roll number, allotted college, allotted course, allotment category, fees etc., will be available on the candidates’ homepage and in the Allotment Memo.
Allotment Memo and Data Sheet
Candidates with an allotment should take a printout of the Allotment Memo from their Home page. The Allotment Memo available in the second phase will not be available later. Hence, the candidate shall have to keep a copy of the Allotment Memo for future reference. Candidates with an allotment can download the ‘Data Sheet’ containing the candidates’ basic details by going to the menu item ‘Data Sheet’ available on their home page. The Allotment Memo and Data Sheet printout, along with the documents prescribed in the Prospectus, should be submitted before the college authorities at the admission time.
Fee Payment
Candidates receiving an allotment afresh should remit the fees to be paid to the CEE as mentioned in the Allotment Memo at any Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of Online Payment on any date from 1st Oct 2022- 11th Oct 2022, 2 pm and should join the course/college allotted before 11th Oct 2022, 3 pm. The Post Offices list having the facility for fee payment is available on the CEE website.
Candidates who get a change in allotment other than the first allotment should pay the balance fee, if applicable, within the time mentioned above. They should also join the course/college allotted per the second phase allotment memo before 11th Oct 2022, 3 pm.
Candidates should remit the fees applicable to the allotted colleges during admission time.
The candidates who do not remit the fees or balance fee and who do not join the course or college allotted within the stipulated time will lose their allotment and all other existing higher options in the allotment stream.
Joining Schedule:
The candidates with an allotment should join the allotted college or course as per the Allotment Memo from 6th Oct 2022- 11th Oct 2022 (excluding religious holidays). The schedule details with the date and time for joining the Engineering and Architecture courses will be published on the respective College website. The candidates should visit the allotted college website for more information about the date and time of joining, and they should join the allotted college as per the schedule prescribed by the college.
Third Phase Allotment
Facility for online option confirmation and rearranging the existing options or deleting the unwanted options, or filing of fresh options to the new colleges and courses, if any, will be provided from 6th Oct 2022 for the third phase of allotment.
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will publish a detailed notification about this later. The third phase allotment will be the last phase allotment by the CEE to Self-Financing Engineering colleges.
