CEE Publishes M.Pharm PG Pharmacy Courses First Phase Allotment
The first phase centralized allotment activities to Post Graduate Pharmacy Course (M.Pharm) for 2021 commenced on 28.08.2022.
The candidates included in the rank list for admission to the M. Pharm course for the year 2021 can register their options on the Website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 28th August 2022 to 31st August 2022, till 10 am. The candidate should click ‘M.Pharm 2021-Candidate Portal’ on the Website, www.cee.kerala.gov.in. To access their homepage, the candidates must enter their Application Number and Password. They can register their options online by clicking the menu item ‘Option Registration’ on the home page. The candidates whose results have been withheld can also register options online. But the online options of such candidates will be considered for allotment only if they clear the withheld status by uploading the required certificate through the Website a day before the last date allotted for option registration.
The option registration facility opens from 28th August 2022 to 31st August 2022 by10 am. First Allotment- Provisional is 2nd September 2022. 3rd September 2022 is the first allotment. 12th September 2022 to 16th September 2022, 3 pm is fee payment and college joining dates. All the college authorities are expected to approve the list of admitted candidates through Online Admission Management System (OAMS) by 16th September 2022, 4 pm. The list of Pharmacy Colleges and Courses to which the CEE Examinations makes allotment is provided on the candidates’ portal home page. The candidates can give options per their priority of the Course-College combinations in the options list. A candidate needs only give options to a Course-College combination if they are sure of joining the course and college, in case it is allotted.
Options registered online alone are considered for course allotment cases. The options sent to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations office via Post/Fax/E-mail will not be processed or considered for course allotment. CEE expects the candidates allotted to courses and remits the fee as prescribed must take college admission allotted per the schedule prescribed by the Commissioner of Entrance Exam. The candidates who do not remit the prescribed fees and take admission will lose their allotment and claims for further online allotments. The extension of time for reporting to the college will not be granted. The candidates are liable to pay the admission fee as prescribed by the University concerned at admission time. The CEE will be making allotments to the PG Pharmacy (M. Pharm) courses in all government colleges and Government seats in various self-financing colleges in the first phase. The Government Pharmacy Colleges Tuition Fee is Rs. 27,570/- Per Annum, and the Self Financing Colleges Tuition Fee is Rs. 1,79,000 Per Annum, which is subjected to the final approval from the Government
The Candidates who are allotted Government Pharmacy Colleges or Government seats in Private Self-financing Colleges shall have to pay the total fees at the college concerned at the time of admission. SC/ST/OEC/Children of Fisherman/ inmates of Sree Chithra Home, Nirbhaya Home and Juvenile Home candidates are exempted from payment of fees. The allotment to Colleges / Courses will be subject to recognition of All India Regulatory Bodies / Affiliation from the Universities concerned.
