CEE Publishes the First Phase Centralized Allotment List for PG Medical Courses-2022
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations published the first phase centralized allotment list for PG Medical courses-2022 to the Government Medical Colleges in Kerala, Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram and Private Self Financing medical colleges. The candidates can view the list on the CEE official website, www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The allotment is based on the Kerala State merit rank list published by CEE and the candidates’ options. Since the finalized service quota rank list has not been published, the allotment to service quota seats is not included in this phase. The final category list, except for the PwD quota, is also published on the website. The final category list for the PwD quota will be published later.
The Allotment Result and Allotment Memo are available in the Candidate portal from 7-10-2022. Candidates can view the allotment result by logging on to the ‘PG Medical 2022-Candidate portal’, submitting their Application Number and Password, and clicking on the ‘Allotment Result’ link. The candidate should keep an Allotment Memo printout for future reference.
The candidates must report for joining at the allotted colleges from 10-10-2022 to 13-1002022, till 3 pm, with the required documents specified in the Allotment Memo and Prospectus. The candidates shall decide the admission date within the above schedule in prior consultation with the allotted College. The candidate should remit the fee at the allotted College during admission. The fee shown for the courses in Self-financing Colleges is as fixed by Admission Supervisory Committee/Government for the academic year 2021- 22, and candidates are liable to pay the fee at the revised rate as and when Admission Supervisory Committee/Government fixes the fee for the academic year 2022-23.
The allotted candidates who are not admitted to the respective College before the time specified will lose their present allotment and all the higher-order options and will not be considered for the 2-phase allotment. The candidate who vacates the seat joined in the first phase also will not be considered for the second phase allotment. Such candidates’ options will be deleted, and they will only be able to participate in the Mop-up round, wherein fresh options are registered. In addition, candidates should refer to the Prospectus for further Centralized Allotment Process guidelines. All the college authorities must approve the admitted candidates list through Online Admission Management System (OAMS) on 13-10-2022 at 4 pm.
CEE provisionally included and considered for the allotments the candidates who claimed SC/ST reservation and whose caste status is under scrutiny by KIRTADS. The allotment or admission, if any, shall be purely provisional and subject to final verification of their caste status. Also, those candidates who had uploaded sworn affidavits stating that they will submit valid visa/online acknowledgement copy received at visa renewal application time on or before the last date fixed by the CEE for option confirmation to the second phase allotment to PGM-22 have been provisionally considered for the NRI category and NRI quota seats allotment. Their allotment/admission in NRI quota seats will be cancelled if they fail to submit the document as prescribed within the time, and they will not be considered for further NRI seat allotments.
