Final Allotment List of Special Vacancy Filling Allotment to BDS Courses Published

The final allotment list of Special Vacancy Filling Allotment conducted to fill the existing vacancies after Mop-up allotment in BDS course 2021 has been published on the website of the Commissioner of Entrance Examination www.cee.kerala.gov.in.  The special vacancy filling allotment has been published as per the guidelines laid down in the notification dated 6.05.2022. The allotment memo containing the details of the allotment will be available on the ’Candidate Portal’ for the allotted students. The name of the student, roll number, allotted course, college, allotment category and fees details are given in the allotment memo. For the students who have secured allotment under Special Vacancy Filling Allotment, the amount to be paid in the allotment memo and in the name of the Commissioner of Entrance Examination (if applicable) from 12th May 2022 through online payment or through any Head Post Office in Kerala (List of post offices available is available on the website). Children of SC/ST/OEC/Fishermen who got the allotment, students belonging to the community eligible for benefits available to OEC, as per the government order G.O (Ms) No.25/2005/SCSTDD dated 20.06.2005 and G.O (Ms) No.10/2014/BCDD dated 23.05.2014 students who are eligible for fees benefit and the students of Sree Chithra Home, Juvenile Home, Nirbhaya Home are also eligible for the fee waiver. However, if such students get allotment in Minority/NRI seats in self-financing dental colleges, they will not be eligible for the fee waiver. All allotted students are required to appear for the allotted colleges directly before 12.05.2022 to 13.05.2022 before 2 PM. Allotted students can download the datasheet by clicking on the ‘data sheet’ menu item on their homepage. At the time of admission, the allotment memo, datasheet, and the documents mentioned in Prospectus Clause 11.7.1 should be produced before the college authorities.

The registration fee for Special Vacancy Filling Allotment will not be refunded as a penalty for students who do not take admission within the stipulated time after receiving the Special Vacancy Filling Allotment and for students who lose their seat after admission. In addition, such students will be penalized under KEAM 2021 Prospectus Clause 12.2.4 (c)(ii). Vacancies existing in the BDS course after the Special Vacancy Filling Allotment will be filled through the Stray Vacancy Filling Allotment conducted at the college level. A notification in this regard will be issued later.
