KEAM 2021-Published Mop-Up Allotment List of MBBS/BDS Courses

The list of Mop-up Allotment conducted to fill the vacancies left after the second allotment for MBBS/BDS courses for the academic year 2021-22 has been published on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. The Mop-up allotment has been published by the guidelines given in the notification dated 26/03/2022 and considering the options given by the students from 27/03/2022 to 31/03/2022 till 10 AM. The allotment memo containing information about mop-up allotment will be available to the students on the ‘Candidate Portal’ from 5/4/2022 evening. Student Name, Roll Number, Allotment Course, College, Allotment received category, fees details will be given in the allotment memo. The students who are newly allotted under mop-up allotment can pay the mentioned amount in the allotment memo in the name of the Commissioner of Entrance Examination (if applicable) from 5th April 2022 evening. The amount should be paid through online payment or through any Head Post Office in Kerala, the list of post offices is available on the website. As per the government orders G.O (M.s), No.25/2005/SCSTDD dated 20.06.2005 and G.O. (M.s), No.10/2014/BCDD dated 23.05.2014 children of SC/ST and OEC, children of fishermen/ students belonging to the community eligible for the benefits available to OEC are eligible for fee benefits also the students of Sree Chithra Home, Juvenile Home, and Nirbhaya Home are also eligible for the Fee waiver.

All the allotted students should report to the allotted college from 6/4/2022 to 8/4/2022 before 2 PM. Allotted students can download the datasheet by clicking on the ‘Datasheet’ menu item on their Home Page. At the time of admission, the allotment memo, the datasheet, and the documents mentioned in the Prospectus clause 11.7.1 should be produced before the college authorities. No change in MBBS/BDS seat will be allowed for any reason after the Mop-up allotment. The candidates who have secured admission in MBBS/BDS courses as per the previous allotment by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination will have their current admission canceled on receipt of a new allotment under mop-up allotment. Students who do not get admission within the stipulated time after receiving the mop-up allotment and those who lose their seats after gaining admission through the mop-up allotment will be charged mop-up registration fees as a penalty. In addition, students who lose their seats after gaining admission through mop-up allotments or previous allotments will be fined as per clause 12.2.4 (c) (ii) of the KEAM Prospectus.

In case of stray vacancy in MBBS/BDS courses after mop-up allotment, it will be filled as per the guidelines of the Commissioner of Entrance Examination. Currently, students with MBBS/BDS admission and students with MBBS/BDS allotment through Mop-up allotment will not be considered for Stray vacancy. The detailed notification regarding the Stray vacancy filling will be published later.
