KEAM 2022- Application Invited for Kerala Engineering Architecture and Medical Courses 2022
KEAM is conducted for admission to Engineering, Architecture, Medical Courses, Medical Allied Courses, and Pharmacy courses in Kerala. The courses included in Engineering are B.Tech. in KTU, B.Tech. Agri Engg and B.Tech. in Food Tech. in KAU, B.Tech. in Dairy Technology in KVASU, B.Tech. in Food Technology in KVASU and KUFOS. The course included in Architecture is B.Arch. The different courses included in medical courses are MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BHMS, BUMS. The courses included in Medical Allied Courses are for Agricultural course under Kerala Agricultural University are Bachelor of Science-Agriculture, Bachelor of Science Co-operation and Banking, BSc. (Hons) Climate Change & Environmental Science, B.Tech. in Biotechnology. Forestry courses under KAU are Bachelor of Science Forestry. Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry is the course included in the Veterinary course under KVASU. The fisheries course included under KUFOS is Bachelor of Fisheries Science. The course included in Pharmacy course is Bachelor of Pharmacy.
The candidates can submit their online application form from 6/4/2022 through the link KEAM 2022 Online Application on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in The last of submitting the online application including fees payment is 30/4/2022 till 5 PM. The last date for submitting the required documents except Nativity Proof and Birth Proof is 10/5/2022 Friday. The exam will be conducted in two sessions. The date of the Paper 1 exam of Physics and Chemistry is 26/6/2022 from 10 AM to 12.30 PM. Paper-II exam of Mathematics is on 26/6/2022 from 2.30 PM to 5 PM. The candidate who only needs admission to the Pharmacy course has to appear only for the Paper 1 exam. The details regarding filling out the application form are given on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in in the link ‘How to Apply’. The application fees of only Engineering/only Bpharm or Both courses for General category Rs 700/- and for SC Rs 300/-. The fees of only architecture/only Medical & Allied/both courses for General category Rs 500/-, for SC Rs 200/-. The application fees for both above-mentioned courses for the General category are Rs 900/- and for SC Rs 400/-. The is no application fee for the ST category, and the candidates who have chosen Dubai as their Examination center have to pay Rs 12000/- as additional fees. Only Indian citizens are eligible for admission and the applicants should have completed 17yrs on 31st December 2022.
The steps included in the submission of an application are registration, filling out the application form, submitting fees as candidates can pay their fees online and E Chalan, uploading the required documents, print the application acknowledgment page. The required documents include photograph, signature of candidate, proof for nativity, equivalent date to prove DOB. The other documents to be uploaded if applicable are community certificate, non-creamy layer certificate, community certificate and income certificate, intercaste marriage certificate, minority certificate, special reservation certificate.
The proof of nativity and date of birth certificates should be uploaded before 30/4/2022. The last date of submitting other documents/certificate is 10/5/2022. The submission of documents after the prescribed time will not be accepted. The candidates who are qualified in Engineering Entrance examination should submit their marks of qualifying examination (Plus two/equivalent) online through the official website of the Commissioner of Entrance Examination. The scheduled date will be updated later. The Non-Creamy layer Certificate, Income Certificate, Community Certificate, EWS Certificate and all other certificates for reservation should be uploaded in the prescribed format and should be submitted online.
