Kerala Mop-Up Allotment for PG Homeopathy 2021 Opened Option Registration Facility
The mop-up allotment for PG Homeopathy courses in the Government Homeopathy colleges for the academic year 2021-21 will start on 23-03-2022.
All candidates who have secured a place in the rank list published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examination should follow the eligibility criteria as per clause 4 in Government approved PG Homeopathy prospectus for the academic year 2021-22 can participate in the mop-up allotment. However, candidates who are barred from further participation in State quota allotment on the basis of being admitted in the All India Quota seat or allotted seat in the third mop-up round of All India Counselling will not be considered. In addition to this, the candidates who have secured admission to Government merit seats for a course in Government Homeopathy Medical College through State allotment will not be eligible to attend Mop-up counseling for any subjects in other Government Homeopathic Medical Colleges.
Candidates are advised to select and order their options by the given conditions.
For this round, the option registration will be on the basis of filling subsequent stray vacancies. There will not be special option registration or confirmation stage prior to those allotments and candidates will not be considered for allotment to fill the stray vacancies for those courses and colleges which they didn’t select for the Mop-up allotment. Therefore those who fail to register options in this round will disqualify the candidate from getting allotment not only in this round but also in the followed allotment to fill the Stray vacancies. Any seats allotted to the candidate in the mop-up round or any further vacancy filling allotments irrespective of whether the candidate joins or not joins in the allotted seat, will not be considered in further allotments. If any candidate holding the seat allotted in the previous round, if they like to participate in the Mop-up round should surrender the seat and get their TC from the concerned college before 23-03-2022, 5 PM also get it reported by the college to the CEE on the same day. Once the option registration of the Mop-up round ends, Candidates will not be allowed to leave their allotted seat in any round, except for the candidates who got any up-gradation to the higher option during the Mop-up round allotment.
The schedule of Mop-up round allotment includes; the candidates can complete their option registration from 23-03-2022 to 24-03-2022. The last date of surrendering the seat is 23-03-2022 till 5 PM. The candidates can submit their option registration till 24-03-2022, 3 PM. The result of the allotment will be published on 26-03-2022. The candidates have to join their allotted college from 28-03-2022 to 29-03-2022 till 2 PM and the college authorities should approve and submit the list of students admitted through OAMS on 29-03-2022, 3 PM.
Candidates who want to register options should log on to their Home Page through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in, by submitting their application number and password in the link ‘PG Homeo 2021- Candidate Portal’. By clicking on the menu ‘Option Registration’, candidates can register their options. Courses allotted in the Mop-up allotment will be final. Seat surrender/exchange of seats in the mop-up allotment will not be allowed.
