LBS Invites Application for Admission to B.Tech Lateral Entry Courses 2022-23
Candidates can apply for admission through lateral entry to B. Tech Lateral Entry Courses in AICTE Accredited Educational Institution in Kerala from 13th June to 11th July 2022. Applicants should have a three-year/two-year (lateral entry) Diploma in Engineering or D.Voc qualification obtained from the State Board of Technical Education/ University. Candidates who have completed a B.Sc degree in Mathematics as a subject at plus two/ degree level from AICTE recognized institutes or UGC accredited universities can also apply. Those who do not study mathematics will have to qualify for a bridge course prescribed at the university/ college level. Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with 45% marks and the reserved category candidates must have 40% marks.
The application fee is Rs 1000/- for the General category and Rs 500/- for SC/ST category. After filling the details online through the website www.lbscentre.gov.in candidates can pay their fees online or through any of the branches of the Federal Bank of Kerala by downloading the Chelan till 2022 July 11. Candidates should upload the required documents at the time of submitting the online application. Admission to this course is based on the rank obtained for the entrance examination at all the district-level examination centers in the State of Kerala on the date later announced by the LBS Director.
