MCC’s Notice to Indian to NRI Conversion Category NEET-UG Candidates
Medical Counselling Committee informs all the candidates who want their nationality converted from Indian to NRI should furnish the documents in the format provided in Annexure I, in the link provided below.
The candidates must send their relevant documents in support of their claim to change nationality from Indian to NRI through email ug.nri.mcc@gmail.com from 7.10.2022, 10 am to 11.10.2022, 10 am.
The candidates applying for change of their category (Indian to NRI) must meet the conditions as the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India directions in the case (WP (C) No.689/2017- Consortium of Deemed universities in Karnataka (CODEUNIK) & Anr. Vs Union Of India & Ors.) dated 22-08-2017 and principles set out in Anshul Tomar (supra) case.
All candidates are requested to visit the MCC website, www.mcc.nic.in, for further information. MCC will not consider mail received before or after the stipulated time. Candidates should send all documents enclosed in single mail within the specified time.
