Mop-Up Allotment Option Registration for Kerala PG Medical Courses 2021

Option Registration for Online Mop-Up Allotment to fill the vacant seats in PG Medical Courses 2021 in Government Medical Colleges of the Kerala State, Regional Cancer Centre (RCC) Thiruvananthapuram, Self-Financing Medical Colleges will start from 27.03.2022, 6.00 PM.

Eligible candidates included in the rank list published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examination can enter their options through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. from 27.03.2022,6.00 PM to 31.03.2022, 10 AM. To log on to their ‘Home Page’ Candidates should enter their Application Number and Password in the link ‘PG Medical 2021: Candidate Portal’ provided on the website. And then by clicking the menu ‘Option Registration’ candidates can register their options. Allotment will be based on the rank list and options received till 31.03.2022, 10 AM. The allotment will be published on 2.04.2022. Candidates must join the allotted college with the required documents and should pay the fees at the colleges from 4.4.2022 to 6.4.2022 till 2.00 PM. The college authorities should submit the non-joining report through Online Admission Management System (OAMS) to the CEE office on 6.4.2022, 3.00 PM.

The guidelines for the Mop-up round include the online Mop-up round is based on the rank list published by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination. Once the course is allotted in the Mop-up round it will be final, surrender of seats after allotment will not be allowed. Candidates seeking admission under All India Quota/ Central Universities/ Deemed Universities as per the list provided by DGHS, New Delhi are not eligible to participate in the Mop-up round. Those who have joined for PG course in State Quota in Second Allotment and who are holding the seat after the last of surrendering the seat will not be eligible to participate. Candidates who did not join or leave the allotted seat in the second-round allotment on or before 26.03.2022 have to pay the Exit fee equivalent to 10% of the annual tuition fee for the respective seats to the Commissioner for Entrance Examination for participating in the Mop-up round, Such candidates can access/ enter the option registration page only after paying the exit fee through online. If the candidates retain seats in the First Allotment and no seats are allotted in the Second allotment, then the allotment in the First round will be considered equivalent to the seats allotted in the Second Round and the conditions will be the same as above. Candidates including SC/ST/OEC/Children of Fishermen/ Inmates of Sri Chitra Home, Nirbhaya, Juvenile Home, who are allotted but not joined for the course in the Second Round can participate in the Mop-up round after paying the 10% amount equal to the annual fee allotted to the college in the Second round through Online.

Candidates who have been admitted to the course and who have paid the fees should take admission to the allotted college within the prescribed time by the CEE. Under any circumstances, an extension of time reporting to the college will not be granted. At the time of admission, candidates have to pay the admission fee mentioned by the University. Allotment to the Colleges / Courses will be subjected to All India Regulatory Bodies/ Affiliation from the related Universities. Details regarding counseling/allotment will be available in the admission Prospectus of PG Medical Courses 2021 on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
