NBEMS Scheduled Online Centralized Merit-Based Counselling for FNB 2021 Admission Session

Centralized Online Merit-Based Counselling for FNB courses 2021 admission session will be conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) as per the schedule. The schedule for the first round of the counselling process includes candidates should register and fill their options from the available seats is 26th April to 27th April 2022. Processing of allotment is 28th April 2022, the result of the first round allotment will be published on 29th April 2022. The candidates should pay their first-year course fee from 29th April to 1st May 2022 and the candidates must physically join the allotted college from 30th April to 6th May 2022. The schedule for the second round of counselling process includes candidates should fill their options for the second round counselling process from the available vacant seats is 10th May to 11th May 2022. Processing of allotment is on 12th May 2022, the second round allotment result will be published on 13th May 2022. The candidates should pay their first-year course fee from 13th to 15th May 2022. The candidates must physically join the allotted college from 14th to 20th May 2022. The subsequent round of counselling will depend on the number of vacant seats available after the second round of counselling. The decision to hold any further round is entirely discretionary and the decision of NBEMS in this regard is final and mandatory.

Candidates will be registered once the counselling process begins. Registration is not allowed once the registration window is closed. There is no other methodology for participating in the FNB 2021 admission counselling session. Participation in the counselling session will be based on the eligibility criteria and guidelines mentioned in the Information Bulletin for FNB 2021 and Handbook for admission in Fellowship National Board 2021 Admission. Registration and filling of choices should be done through the website counseling.nbe.edu.in. Candidates are advised to fill in their preferences/choices of seats, carefully lock and confirm them so that they can be considered by the system. If there is INACTION, that is the candidate doesn’t lock and confirmed the seat preferences/choices then the system will not accept the seat choices also no seat will be allotted to the candidate. Applicants must pay a counselling registration fee of Rs 2500/- during the time of online registration. Payment gateway charges will be bear by the candidate. The counselling registration fee will not be refunded for any reason once the candidate is registered for counselling. The seat matrix is available on counseling.nbe.edu.in Candidate allotted a seat during the counselling process should deposit a One-year non-refundable course fee to confirm and FREEZE the allotment of the seat. Candidates should note that the seat allotment in counselling is applicable to the candidates who are eligible in every respect and verification of their original documents at the time of joining the allotted college. Candidates should note that if they do not confirm and freeze the seats allotted to them in the first round of counselling then the seat will be allotted for the inclusion in 2nd counselling round.
