NTA Invites Online Applications for Joint Entrance Examination (2022)
NTA, the responsible agent for conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main), invites applications for the entrance exams. The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE (Main) has two papers. Paper 1 is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B. Tech) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), and universities funded and recognized by participating State Governments. It is also an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced) for admission to IITs. Paper two is for admission to B. Arch and B. Planning courses across India. JEE (Main) - 2022 will be conducted in two sessions for admissions for the next Academic Session (2022-23).
The date of exams for session 1 is 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 April 2022, and Session two is 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29 May 2022. The Candidates can apply for “JEE (Main) – 2022” Session 1 through “Online” mode only from 01.03.2022 to 31.03.2022 (up to 05:00 p.m.). The fees can be paid online till 31.03.2022 at 11:30 p.m. through credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, Paytm wallet. In the first Session of JEE (Main) - 2022, only Session 1 will be visible, and candidates can opt for that. Session 2 will be visible in the next Session, and the candidates can opt for that Session. The application should be filled out carefully, and corrections are not permitted after submission.
