Top Class Scholarship for SC students
The Central Sector Scholarship scheme is offered for students in SC category who faces financial need and for quality education. The scheme is subjected to SC students for pursuing studies beyond 12th class. The Scheme is operated in all institutes notified by the Ministry of the Social Justice and Empowerment. The Scholarship is based on the satisfactory performance of the student and if once announced it is got through the entire academic year by his/her performance. The eligibility of SC students is based on the annual income from all sources must not exceed from Rs.8Lakh and having secured admission in a full-time prescribed course from any notified institutions.
The SC students who secure admission from the notified institutions will be attain the scholarship to meet their academic tuition fee expenses and by adding the accessories of student shall meet while they study includes in the scholarships amount. The payment of the tuition fee other non-refundable charges and academic allowance shall be transferred by the Central government through Direct Benefit Transfer mode. The students shall deposit the fee to the institute immediately and in any case, within a month of receipt of such payment.
