Course
B.Sc - Perfusion Technology (Lateral Entry) is an undergraduate program offered by BGS Global Institute of Allied Health Sciences Bengaluru. B.Sc Perfusion Technology is a three-year course. Students should have passed 10+2 in science stream to be eligible for this course. It is the study of physiology and pathology of the lungs and other respiratory organs of the human body. The program also trains the students to understand, monitor and operate heart-lung machines and other related medical equipment. They should be capable of working under stressful conditions, have the right eye for details, communicate effectively and always willing to update themselves to new technologies in the field. Graduate students are in high demand and absorbed immediately by Apollo Hospitals,Fortis, AIMS, Help Age India etc. They can pursue their career in super speciality hospitals,clinics, health organisations, R & D centres, medical equipment manufacturing and marketing companies.
