Course
B.Sc Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology is an undergraduate program offered by Acharya Institute of Allied Health Sciences Bangalore. It is the study of disorder of voice, speech, and language abilities of a person, treatment, rehabilitation and medical devices associated with it. The course is a blend of theoretical & clinical training. The syllabus covers Speech-Language Development and Disorders, Voice and Laryngectomee, Fluency and its Disorders, rehabilitative audiology etc. Successful candidates can work as an audiologist, Speech-Language therapist in health care sectors, research & development centres, nursing homes, special schools and hearing aid manufacturing companies.
Duration: 4 years including 1 year of Internship
Eligibility
Candidates must pass (10+2) or Higher Secondary from a recognized board.with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology with English
