Course:
Master of Science (M.Sc) PG Programme . Master of Science (M.Sc) PG Programme offered by Acharya Nagarjuna University Guntur. The programme offers intensive data and experience in food creating, research, and development. Food mortal studies the character and quality of food at the side of the coming up with and managing food process instrumentality. It includes work in areas of nutrition, food packaging, internal control management, basic food chemistry and human physiology etc. The course is aimed to obtain the requisite skills needed for operating with novel food development and their quality improvement within the food business, health sector, and food regulative agencies with the distinct advantage of bringing nutrition based mostly to all aspects of the food business, together with product development and sales.
