Course
B.E. Electrical and Electronic Engineering is under -graduation degree course. Students interested in studying electrical or electronics engineering benefit from taking courses in physics and mathematics. The main objective of this course is to make the students more productive and professionally more innovative in the field of electronics and electrical industry. In order to enter the occupation, prospective electrical and electronics engineers need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or electrical engineering technology. Programs include classroom, laboratory, and field studies. EEE course include digital systems design, differential equations, and electrical circuit theory. Electrical Engineering is responsible for generating, transferring and conversion of electric power. Electronic engineering is an engineering field that deals with transmission of information using radio signals. Electrical Engineering covers various energy efficient power grids to design the electrical systems powering our lives and range of research areas from devices (such as lasers and robotics) to systems (such as computer architecture and the human brain)
Electrical & Electronics Engineering Program was introduced at Angadi Institute of Technology and Management in the academic year 2009 – 10, with a sanctioned intake of 60 students. The demand for electrical engineers in industries, state electricity boards and private sectors engaged in electricity generation is more than the engineers available. Because of periodical revisions in the syllabi and introduction of electronics related subjects, electrical engineers get acquainted with latest developments in the electrical and electronics engineering field and can handle present solid state electronic devices. The department has excellent industry institute interaction and provides services like consultancy, design and testing to the industries. Since the commencement of the program, the department has made sincere efforts in the development of students through training and industrial visits. Four batches of electrical engineering are passed out from the college. Apart from the curriculum, students from electrical engineering department have won prizes in co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Also the department has formed student association (AEEES) to promote the students talent and their upliftment. The department enjoys the mixture of experienced and fresh faculty members. One staff member is registered for Ph.D.
Duration : 4 Years
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed in 10+2 Examination are eligible with 45% marks in aggregate with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics / Biology, are eligible.
