Course
Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology is a one-year diploma course of Arunodaya University aimed to provide manpower in the Hospitality industry. The course will improve the quality of Hospitality education keeping in pace with the Human Resource requirement of the field. The prospective hospitality professionals will be trained in all core areas of hospitality industry. The curriculum includes Food Hygiene and Nutrition, understanding of food and beverages, Guidance of Hotel Laws, Ethics of Hotel Management. The four major dimensions of the course covered are food production, food and beverages service, accommodation and front office operations. The curriculum equips the aspirants with analytical and leadership skills in the core areas, to train them in disciplines of Hotel Management, Tourism and Hospitality. As the tourism industry across the globe is increasing day by day with the advancement in hotel management area, the careers opportunities of the aspirants are numerous.

Eligibility : The candidates must have pass Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent from a recognised board
Higher Studies : The eligible candidates can go further studies of Graduation in relevant subjects
