Arunoaya University aimed to offer a diploma in Quality Management for the aspirants. The consistency of an organization or product is ensured through quality management. There are four components under quality management are quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement. Quality is considered as a written or unwritten commitment to a known or unknown consumer in the market or it determines how well the product performs the intended function. The course is structured to understand the quality concept, how to implement it in business, understand quality implementation programs and exposure to quality improvement programs. After completing the course the students will be able to realize the significance of quality, managing quality improvement teams and identify requirements of quality improvement programs. As customers are looking for quality of any service or product before buying it, there comes the importance of quality management.
