L.L.M. Corporate and Commercial Law is a Post Graduate course in the domain of legal studies with the specialization in the domain of commercial and corporate legal functioning.Law as an academic domain deals with the study of legal procedures, Jurisprudence, philosophy of law and justice. While dealing with a diverse set of cases how the canons of legal propriety would be displayed by the judges and what would be the manner in which the legal practitioner should plead is what that comes under the ambit of legal studies.
Eligibility
