M.Sc. Applied Genetics is a postgraduate Genetics course. It is a practical science course that applies the molecular approaches of chemistry to the vast variety of biological systems. Genetics deals with the study of genes which reveals information preserved in DNA and which has been accumulated through evolution. Eligibility
- Candidates should have passed bachelors science degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all the optional subjects with any three of the following subjects:
- Chemistry,Biochemistry,Botany,Applied Botany, Zoology, Applied Zoology, and Environmental Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Genetics and Applied Genetics.
