M.Tech Bio-Medical Signal Processing & Instrumentation
Course
M.Tech. Bio-Medical Signal Processing & Instrumentation is a two-year postgraduate program. Biomedical Signal Processing and Instrumentation (BSP&I) is a multidisciplinary field in which the principles of engineering are applied for solving problems in Bio-Medical field for the benefit of mankind. It applies quantitative, analytical, hardware(H/W) & software(S/W) methods from the molecular level to that of the whole organism, which help in better understanding of basic biological processes and to develop innovative techniques for the diagnosis, treatment & prevention of disease.
Eligibility
- A candidate with valid GATE score or PGCET of Karnataka
- A candidate who has passed qualifying examination (i.e., BE/B. Tech Degree) in the relevant discipline and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% of marks (for General Merir Candidates) taken together in all the subjects of all the years / semesters of the Degree Examination is eligible for admission to ME / M. Tech programs. ( 45% of marks in qualifying examination in case of SC, ST and Cat-I candidates. (Reservation is applicable only for Karnataka Candidate)
