Course
M. Tech in Computer Network Engineering is a postgraduate program in engineering.The course specializes in the discipline of network support, foundational mathematical skills, algorithmic principles and computer science theories applied in the modelling and design of computer- based systems. The program is designed to equip students with proficiency in a range of types of computer networks, technologies, and programming in computer systems.
M.Tech in Computer Network Engineering aims to train students with adequate leadership skills, technical strengths oriented towards innovation and communication, and collaboration skills to function in the essentially technical field of Computer Network Engineering. Students are equipped with necessary skills in contemporary networking theory and problem- solving skills based on sustainable and inclusive technology for real- life applications.
Eligibility
- A candidate with valid GATE score or PGCET of Karnataka
- A candidate who has passed qualifying examination (i.e., BE/B. Tech Degree) in the relevant discipline and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% of marks (for General Merir Candidates) taken together in all the subjects of all the years / semesters of the Degree Examination is eligible for admission to ME / M. Tech programs. ( 45% of marks in qualifying examination in case of SC, ST and Cat-I candidates. (Reservation is applicable only for Karnataka Candidate)
