About Us
The first private Pharmacy College in Tamil Nadu was started in the year 1980 by Tamil Nadu Chemists & Druggists Association, forming a Trust in the name of Tamil Nadu Chemists & Druggists Educational Trust registered on 07/03/1980. The College was named as C.L.Baid Metha College of PharmacyMr.C.S Ramamurthy the President of the Association was the first Founder Chairman, Mr.C.A.Vasudevan,General Secretary of Association was the first Executive Trustee. Mr.C.L.Metha, Mr.Vinod Khanna and Mr.Sreedharan as Members of the Association, were other TrusteesThe College owns the property at the Prime location on Rajiv Gandhi Salai ( OMR ) purchased by the TNCDE Trust.
