Course
Ph.D in Chemistry is a Doctor of Philosophy program.PhD in Chemistry Course offered by Central University of Karnataka is the research in chemistry is self-directed experimentation work under the guidance and supervision of a mentor or advisor. Students participate in an ongoing research project and investigate phenomena of interest to them and their advisor. There is a broad range of research areas in the chemical sciences.
Eligibility : M.Phil. with course work or Master's degree in different branches of Chemistry from any University/Institute recognized by the UGC / MHRD or foreign university (as per the AIU foreign equivalence list) with at least 55% marks (50% for SC, ST, OBC , PWD and Kashmiri Migrant Students) and who have scored a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC, ST, OBC , PWD and Kashmiri Migrant Students) in the Central Universities Common Entrance Test 2019. The entrance test is only an eligibility criterion for successful candidates for personal interaction in the ratio of upto 1:10 for final selection.
