PG Diploma in Yoga is an diploma programme offered by Central University of Kerala Kasaragod. Diploma in Yoga aims to impart knowledge about the benefits of Yoga to restore the health of people and assist them in leading a fit lifestyle free of aliments. The courses in Yoga are aimed at "Yoking all powers of Body, Mind and Spirit". The curriculum with theoretical and practical inputs will provide the practitioners relaxation, exercise, positive thinking, etc. The graduates can become yoga teachers in Schools, instructors in colleges and Fitness Centers and Research entrepreneurs.

Eligibility :
Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree ) in any discipline with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university. Upto 5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST candidates Disability criteria: Except loss of limb or leg. No upper age limit.
