Course:
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing is an UG Programme. Post Basic B.Sc Nursing course offered by Chettinad College of Nursing Chennai. P.B.B.Sc Nursing is a two-year program to upgrade the skills of licensed nurses and midwives holding GNM. The course gives advance training through classroom teaching, clinical training and educational visits. By the end of this program, students can responsibly handle primary, secondary and tertiarycare to patients.

Eligibility
Be a registered nurse (Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife ) or equivalent
Candidate should have completed GNM Nursing programme successfully
Married candidates can seek admission to the course provided they are medically fit.
Every candidate before admission to the course shall submit a certificate of medical fitness from an authorized medical officer that the candidate is physically fit to undergo the academic course
Eligibility Certificate: Candidates who have passed any qualifying examination from Boards apart from Govt. of Tamil Nadu shall obtain an Eligibility Certificate, from Chettinad Academy of Research and Education and produce the same at the time of admission and also remit recognition fee as prescribed.
