Course
M.Tech. Highway Technology is a postgraduate Civil Engineering course. Highway Technologies is the national leader in providing temporary and permanent roadway traffic safety solutions. The course concentrates on techniques of planning and design of roads, bridges and drainage based on traffic and ecological studies. The student is also exposed to construction & management of highways, pavements, preventive and remedial measures of pavement failures, newer technologies in Highway design as well as lying. Highway Technologies offers traffic safety services and equipment for the road repair, construction, and maintenance industry including a variety of concepts which utilize computers, telecommunications equipment, and control systems to improve vehicle performance and/or guide way operation and control.
Eligibility
Candidates who got their BE/ B.Tech /AMIE or equivalent degree securing not less than 50% marks in aggregate in Computer Science / Information Science / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
