Course
B.Sc Perfusion Technology is a three-year degree course. The candidate must have passed plus two with physics, chemistry, biology, English as subjects. Perfusion Technology deals with physiology and pathology of the lungs, heart and other respiratory organs of the human being. The course also exposes students to heart-lung machines and other related medical equipment like ventilators and are taught to monitor and operate the machines. The candidate should be capable of working under stress, communicate effectively and possess strong analytical skills and attention for details. They can assume roles of perfusionists, educator, researcher, medical coder, medical equipment marketer in super specialty hospitals, clinics, social welfare organizations, research & development centers, medical equipment manufacturing/ marketing companies.
Duration : 3 Years
Eligibility : The candidates must have pass Higher Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board
