About Us
Dr.Rajalakshmi Educational Trust began its educational service by “Dr.Rajalakshmi Teacher Training Institute “in 2007. Thereafter, the educational trust widens its educational service by opening “Dr.Rajalakshmi College of Education” in September 2010 with the recognition of NCTE and Affiliated to TamilNadu Teachers Education University. Dr. S. Rajalakshmi ,M.D.,D.G.O., the Founder of our college was an extraordinary , dedicated and proficient specialized doctor in Gynecology, mother care, child health and other diseases associated with women and children. Even though at present she is not with us the everlasting educational trust is still flourishing by her beloved son Dr.S.HariGovind M.B.B.S., as our Secretary and her husband Mr.P.Sundararajan B.E., as our Chairman of our College. Dr.Rajalakshmi College of Education is mainly established for the welfare of rural students by providing quality education to the teacher trainees. The aim of this Institution is to train the future teachers to perform the noble profession of teaching with total commitment.
