Course
Medical Laboratory Technician program also called Clinical laboratory science is an allied health profession that deals with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease through the use of clinical laboratory tests and also provide valuable data to measure the effectiveness of treatment.
The program trains students with knowledge and skills required to handle advanced equipment to perform accurate laboratory tests. The syllabus is formulated to integrate knowledge of various Biomedical Techniques, health communication, appropriate theoretical & practical education to work efficiently in diagnostic laboratories and provide insights about Medical Ethics. BSc MLT graduates will be globally-aware citizens who are able to contribute their unique expertise to clinical or foundational science research laboratory.
Duration : 3 Years
Eligibility : Pass in 10 + 2 or equivalent with combination of Biology , Chemistry, Physics & English.
Higher Studies : Graduates, after their completion of Bachelor of Science program in MLT have a very wide scope of securing a career in various fields.
