Course
Bachelor of Science in Cardiac Technology is an undergraduate program offered by Global College of Allied Health Sciences Marthandam. The course caters to the increasing demand for efficient cardiovascular technicians who play a very crucial role in providing life-saving treatment to heart patients. The syllabus gives them practical & theoretical knowledge in invasive cardiovascular testing, inserting catheters and using pacemakers, using and maintaining other related medical equipment, testing patients for heart-related issues, performing invasive emergency procedures, cardiac-related procedures and applying basic & advanced life support skills. The students can pursue the roles of cardiovascular technologists, cardiovascular technicians in the cardiac department of health care institutes.
Duration: 4 years with Internship
