The Ph.D. in Information Systems Engineering is designed to meet the need of engineers who want to be the technology leaders of the future.Information science focuses on understanding problems from the perspective of the stakeholders involved and then applying information and other technologies as needed. In other words, it tackles systemic problems first rather than individual pieces of technology within that system.It also throws light on how to analyse and interpret the raw data. It is an academic field which is primarily concerned with analysis, collection, classification, manipulation, storage, retrieval, movement, dissemination, and protection of information.
Eligibility
- Candidate has to clear written test conducted by University and Research committee meeting with experts after the written test
- First class Master Degree in the respective discipline
- After finalizing the research guide of a specific field and with necessary documents candidate has to apply for the PhD registration
