Ph.D. In Education .This program is designed to build the research capacity of the scholars from varied backgrounds and helps in providing a strong knowledge and skill base in areas like educational policy, planning, administration and finance. The research opportunities offered to the students provide critical inputs for policy formulation, implementation of reform programmes and capacity building activities.This program offers a wider scope for the doctoral students to engage in descriptive and experimental studies, and investigate some fundamental problems in the field of education. It suggests suitable remedies and motivates students to make a significant contribution to various academic and administrative practices. It also initiates the innovation of multiple strategies and methods to improve teaching-learning practices. Students are also urged to play an active role in research seminars, and engage in other academic opportunities throughout the duration of the program
Duration : 3 Years
Eligibility : Master’s Degree of any recognized University/other qualification in a relevant discipline. The minimum qualifying marks are 55%
