Course
B.E. Electrical and Electronic Engineering is under -graduation degree course. The main objective of this course is to make the students more productive and professionally more innovative in the field of electronics and electrical industry. Programs include classroom, laboratory, and field studies. Electrical Engineering covers various energy efficient power grids to design the electrical systems powering our lives and range of research areas from devices (such as lasers and robotics) to systems (such as computer architecture and the human brain).
Electronic engineering is an electrical engineering discipline which utilizes nonlinear and active electrical components to design electronic circuits, devices, integrated circuits and their systems. The discipline typically also designs passive electrical components, usually based on printed circuit boards.
EEE Department that has over three decades been contributing to the intellectual prowess of Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College. It provides quality education in a conventional discipline. The faculty comprises of senior members with vast experience in areas such as power systems, control systems, power electronics etc.The emphasis of the curriculum is to provide students with a vast panorama of knowledge by blending theory with practice. The capabilities of the Department can be gauged in this organized facility and numerous laboratories.Duration : 4 Years
Eligibility
Candidates who have passed in 10+2 Examination are eligible with 45% marks in aggregate with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics / Biology, are eligible.
