Course
PGDBM course prepares individuals to integrate their knowledge of organizational behavior, communication studies, and psychology into tackling real-world scenarios and finding solutions. The course has a particular focus on the human resource elements of business and will help students to develop the skills needed to contribute to the management and development of staff to further the organization’s goals.
Duration
The duration of this course is 2 years divided into 4 semesters.
Eligibility
Candidates who have completed the bachelor’s degree in business management or any equivalent bachelor’s degree with 50% of marks from a recognized university are eligible for this course.
