Course
B.Com (Honors) in Corporate Finance is the only course launched by an Indian University integrated with Certified Public Accountant (US CPA) + Enrolled Agent (US EA). This is one of the very few university courses which is reviewed by industry practitioners and is fully based on skill-sets required by the Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PwC) and Global Fortune 500 companies.
The US-CPA exams are conducted by the AICPA (American Institute of CPAs), US. US-CPA is the highest accounting qualification in the US with global recognition and is equivalent to the Indian CAs. The US-CPA qualification comprises a single level with 4 exams. The US-EA exams are conducted by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), US. US-EA is the highest tax qualification in the US with global recognition. The US-EA qualification comprises a single level with 3 exams.
Duration : 3 Years
Eligibility : The minimum qualification required to apply is a pass in the 10+2 examination in Science or Commerce from PUC / ISC / CBSE or an equivalent board. A course recognized as equivalent thereto by the University.
