Course
Process automation (PA), represented as business automation or digital transformation, is the technology-enabled automation of complex business processes. It is used to streamline businesses for simplicity, increase quality of service, improve service delivery or contain penalties and costs. It consists of Process analysis, re-design, integrating applications, restructuring labour resources and using software applications throughout the organization. Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) refers to the application of Artificial Intelligence and related new technologies, including Computer Vision, Cognitive automation and Machine Learning to Process Automation. RPA is currently one of the most popular Artificial Intelligence application areas as it allows companies with legacy systems to automate their workflows. More than 30% of global Shared Services have implemented robotic automation; 44% are in the planning and testing phase. According to a report by EY & FICCI, of the 4.5 million jobs in the sector by 2022, up to 20% will be new jobs.

Eligibility
The minimum qualification required is a pass in the 10+2 examination or equivalent from any recognized Central or State Board with Mathematics / Business Mathematics as one of the core subjects. A course recognized as equivalent thereto by the University.
