Course
Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacognosy is a postgraduate pharmacy course. Pharmacognosy is the study of medicines derived from natural sources. More clearly, it is the study of the interactions that occur between a living organism and chemicals that affect normal or abnormal biochemical function. If substances have medicinal properties, they are considered pharmaceuticals.
Eligibility
Candidates wishing to apply for the course need to have completed Bachelor of Pharmacy from a recognized university, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
Duration
The duration of M.Pharm. (Pharmacognosy) is two years, The syllabus for the course is divided into four semesters.
