Course
Post Graduate Diploma in Bioinformatics is a postgraduate Bioinformatics Diploma course. Bioinformatics is a discipline of computer science and Bioinformatics are to be taken such as its Fundamentals, Analysis method, Programming and Genomics.
Eligibility
The eligibility criteria set for the enrolment to the program of PG Diploma in Bioinformatics (PGDBI) are as follows:
- Those who have completed their B.Sc. degree in Science with minimum aggregate marks with either subject of Chemistry, Physics or Biology in their program are eligible for admission.
- Candidates who have cleared their post-graduation degree in science with a specialization in either subject of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Genetics, Microbiology, Neuroscience, Structural Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Statistics, Agricultural Sciences are also eligible for admission.
- Those who have qualified their MBBS, BDS can seek admission to the program.
Duration: PG Diploma in Bioinformatics is a 1-year full-time postgraduate diploma program in the study of bioinformatics.
