The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was established in the year 1997, with the objective of imparting quality education in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. The department is accredited by NBA.The department has to its credit a team of qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty, whose main aim is to equip students with the knowledge and expertise to grow professionally and contribute significantly to the society.
BE in Computer Science & Engineering is an undergraduate program. Computer science and engineering are now cornerstones of the information society. This course is designed to enable learners for industry, academia, and public service, providing technical leadership by solving significant problems across a broad spectrum. The course is cross-disciplinary, allowing students to learn the language specificities of computer science, explore programming or modelling and design, and all of the other core aspects of the subject, whilst being also trained in industrial ethics and engaging in industry-inspired lab sessions.
Eligibility
Candidates who have passed in 10+2 Examination are eligible with 45% marks in aggregate with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics / Biology, are eligible.
