The department has adequate infrastructure and computing equipment supported by high speed ethernet and wireless networks. The department has a CSI student chapter. The department conducts subjects with more of hands-on sessions and encourages students to take up MOC based online courses in NPTEL, Coursera, Udacity. The department has classrooms equipped with projectors and internet. The department also has a seminar hall equipped with wacom device. There are well equipped laboratories, industry based labs to emphasis on holistic learning of students.
BE in Computer Science & Engineering is an undergraduate program. Computer science and engineering are now cornerstones of the information society. This course is designed to enable learners for industry, academia, and public service, providing technical leadership by solving significant problems across a broad spectrum. The course is cross-disciplinary, allowing students to learn the language specificities of computer science, explore programming or modelling and design, and all of the other core aspects of the subject, whilst being also trained in industrial ethics and engaging in industry-inspired lab sessions.
